Excellent product that has evolved from its original purpose of storing surf boards and such. Works grear for ladders and long items in the garage. The instructions are somewhat misleading since they have not been updated to the expanded use of garage ceiling storage.

Excellent product, poor seller. Shipping label was created in timely manner, but item not actually shipped. No record of pickup by FedEx. After two weeks and dialog with seller an item was actually shipped. It then arrived promptly and performed as advertised.

Worst manufacturer on Amazon I have order the 2 LADDER system now twice and both times i have sent me the SINGLE LADDER SYSTEM but paid for the double and Amazon and the manufacturer kept telling me to order it again … Really?? How many times should I go through this process with you charging my credit card ? Order from the manufacturer direct and it costs less than on Amazon
