Hey there gang, I draw on this paper instead of making prints. I use Rives BFK if Im going to make prints. That said, this stuff is pretty damn good, takes a variety of media well (ink, pen, pencil, conte crayon, gouache). Only issue is using an eraser causes tearing on the paper and then you realize the core of the product is not good. Look, for what it costs this is a great product and the 8x10 size awesome because I dont have to tear down other paper to draw on.

I dont know how good this paper is to actually work on because it failed the tape test miserably . I always tape off a border before I work because a clean edge just looks better. So I taped off all of my edges like I do when I use Stonehenge white, a waited a few minutes and tested to see how well it will come off before I spent hours on a piece and right away it pulled paper off . I may use it for practice but I will stick to Stonehenge white, its the best paper ever

its a nice standard size. holds ink well, especially or intaglio printmaking-- getting the water damp isnt a problem and it doesnt seem to affect the print at all.

Paper works fine for linoleum prints and excellent for intaglio prints. I have ordered twice, both times they arrived with slightly bent corners because they slid around in the package.

The paper is thick (280g/m) but still flexible and surprisingly absorbent. If you print entirely by hand like I do, you may want to add a bit more ink than normal and spend plenty of time with a brayer / spoon working over the whole area. Not 100% cotton. This paper was used with Speedball Linoleum and Caligo safe wash ink . Not my favorite paper in the world, but for the price it is great!
