> 3 dayAn all around great light, This light is ideal for motor vehicle accidents especially during extractions since the light aims exactly where your helmets pointed and you can swivel it. Only down side it that you can snag it and strech the mounting bracket

Greater than one weekThis is a huge improvement over the prior stream light model which you had to mount on the bottom of the brim so it was resting on the power buttons all the time. This has the power button on the back and can be flipped to mount on the top or bottom, left or right. Even brighter. I hope it lasts as long only having 1 battery and not two.

> 3 dayVery bright light and fits over the rubber weather stripping on the brim of most fire helmets. I will have to change the Allen set screw at some point as it sticks out pretty far due to the rubber stripping.

> 3 dayBought this for my traditional helmet so this review has to do with the firefighter helmet mount. Powerful little light! You’re not gonna be able to spotlight something 100ft away, but it definitely works in interior operations with smoky conditions. Very well made mount. Took me a minute to figure out how to swivel the light so I’ll include it here. Loosen the tiny set screw almost all the way out (don’t worry- there’s some sort of ring in it that keeps it from coming out) then just turn the mount 90 degrees! I had to use a pair of vise grips and a pliers to get mine to go, but it does go

> 3 dayLighter, less of a profile, and longer lasting battery make this a great addition to when a flashlight is needed. Whether primary or secondary, highly recommended!

31-03-2025Excited to try this light out on my helmet. First time use, yep the tiny screw that secures the light to the bracket came loose and the light slid off the bracket. The Allen wrench that was supplied is only the size to secure it to my helmet. So the tiny screw doesn’t secure they light well enough and it will loosen back up over time. I had such high hopes for this little light, but do yourself a favor and stay with the original Vantage Streamligh helmet light. It’s a much better and more secure bracket. Very disappointed with this purchase. Sent back for a refund

> 3 dayI should have listened when one my guys said his broke and would freely spin. I’ve had mine for 4 months and it’s not functioning properly. The light is super dim and almost invisible at all. Even fresh batteries didn’t help. This is supposed to be a product I can trust mine and others lives with. Disappointed and will not buy another Streamlight Product.
