These use to be my go to! Ive purchased so many cases. Now I keep getting ones that have rattles inside the cups after you heat them. And some of them have a residue on after removing the sublimation paper. The quality is definitely not the same. Im loosing 4-5 cups a case due to internal breakage.

Is these worked perfect with my mug press

Didnt have problem of the sublimation not sticking but i did notice there are a little bigger and a little wider than the other 20oz tumblers ive gotten

I sublimated two of these tumblers and they both have a green hue to it. The pictures are vibrant on my computer. But come out dull and green on the tumbler. I bought some tumblers from another vendor and all of my tumblers came out great. these tumblers are not good at all to sublimate. though they sublimated it didnt come out with any good colors and were not the colors i printed. I will not be ordering these tumblers again. I need a refund!

Wish they had rubber bottom stick ones but over all great cup

Ive purchased many sub tumblers and these ate horrible. The bleeding from bad coating has ruined my tumblers

The tumblers seem ok but the shrink wraps, which were advertised as being included, were missing. I checked several times to make sure I didn’t overlook them. I’m giving only two stars since I now have to purchase the shrink wraps myself when it was supposed to be an inclusive kit. The extra star is because the tumblers and straws appear to be of good quality. The metal straws fit the cups perfectly.

The product did not arrive as promised. Missing some shrink wrap. Should have two stainless straw with cleaning brush. The color transfer is terrible not happy at all

I will be ordering these tumblers again! They Were great quality, the only down fall was the stainless steel straws were rainbow color. Which was a dislike to some of my male customers, I would like to see more solid stainless steel straws!

These cups will not accept the sublimation. I have tried multiple sublimation papers and nothing works. I have requested a replacement box and will update review when I receive them.
