Great tasting and I love that theres lysine to reduce viral load. Bromelaines a good bonus too. Slightly on the pricey side but one scoop in my 32oz Hydroflask still tastes good. Easiest to take Vit C for kids

I purchased this product to supplement my diet and support my immune system. -Sensitive stomach: This is excellent for those who need supplements for sensitive stomachs. Vitamins often make me nauseous, but these do not. Im able to double up when I feel a cold or something coming on. By the next day, I find Im feeling much better. I have a diet adjusted for the MTHFR mutation and this is effective for me. I am also gluten free and sugar free. -Flavor: The flavor is very sour, so my kiddos wont drink it, but if I add some monkfruit sweetener (or your favorite sweetener), they will drink it like any lemonade. Ive also added cherry juice for a treat. -Dissolving: I find it doesnt always dissolve easily and you do have to keep stirring it. I like it best with ice. -Use: I do not use this every day like I should. Ive had it for 2 months and am just reaching the bottom. I imagine if youre taking a daily dose it would last a month. A scoop comes inside the container to allow the perfect dose and easy use. I use half a scoop for my kiddos with sweetener. My nurse practitioner told us it was fine to use, but please consult your physician before giving anything to your children.
