I needed a sunscreen to travel with and bring in my carry on and this was perf. It smells SO good and is easy to apply I love it for my face

Im extremely fair and burn very easily. We went to Turks & Caicos in February and it was sunny everyday. I used this sunscreen and didnt burn at all plus its Reef safe. Would highly recommend.

We had a couple families buy this product (50 and 30 spf) for a trip to Maui….and are not impressed. We are tropical travels and this is our first time not using traditional lotion. Yes the concept of the product, the environmental aspect, and the smell is great…but there are some serious drawbacks: 1) it does not protect from the sun as does typical suntan lotion does. We all got somewhat burnt the first day and we used the product as directed. Sun Bum 50 equates to a normal 15 (IMO). And 2) it SUPER SUPER stings once it gets in your eyes. I have never had an issue like this. We all noticed while in the water that it inevitably it gets in your eyes if applied to the face or head. Like pepper spray. Definitely not cool at all. Just some thoughts if you go with this product. Buy a stronger than normally needed SPF and buy a different product for the face/head .

This is the only widely available brand I know of that isn’t tested on animals. It works great, it smells great, and it doesn’t leave a white cast when applied. Overall this is a great product.

I’m black and have always heard we didn’t need sunscreen so I never bothered (I’m also not an outdoorsy or beach person). Now that Im getting a little older I want to protect my skin so I started using this after a brand specifically made for people of color started leaving white cast after I went from SPF 30 to SPF50. This has been great! No cast after you rub it in. Light fragrance which I usually stay away from but it’s so light it’s barely noticeable.

I love the smell of this sunscreen. Bonus that it is vegan and reef friendly. It provided me with great sun protection on my vacation.

For everyday use

The kids love it and even let me put it on their faces because they love the smell. Works very well no more red cheeks AND no more tears because they have to dry off long enough to reapply!

Sunscreen blends in and doesn’t leave a white cast

I LOVE Sun Bum. All of their products. And this one right here is my all-time fav. Smells amazing, protects your skin like crazy, doesnt leave your skin feeling greasy/coated and blends sooo easily. Also, with my eczema prone skin - this product is great and doesnt leave me with hives or feeling itchy. Water-proof for the most part, sweat adds a bit of a different story if you sweat immediately after applying you might get some white sweat beads, but nothing crazy. I love Sun Bum and all of their stuff and would recommend to anyone &&& will continue to buy.
