> 24 hourThe built in photo eye works great. No need for an expensive screw in socket. The light itself is bright and the cost is surprising low considering it has built in dawn to dusk capability.

> 24 hourBought these 2 years ago. I have since gone through all 4 bulbs in two single-bulb outdoor fixtures. They look great, and produces great 5K light. But to average just one year of duck-to-dawn runtime is unacceptable.

> 24 hourI purchased these light bulbs so I can leave my outdoor lights on at less expense than other bulbs. Brightness is great. As far as longevity, I just purchased them but it does state they last a long time. I also do not have to remember to turn light on and off since there is a sensor.

> 24 hourI love these bulbs! I have a covered patio, and hated coming home to a dark front door. These have solved that problem, and also look good! These are slightly oversized bulbs (just the glass - the base is a regular old E26), with a more interesting shape than typical. Edison bulb-y as heck. And the light it gives is perfect: nice & bright, not so warm that it does nothing to actually illuminate the area, but not so bright that its a purple-tinged cornea-searing interrogation scenario. Its about as close to incandescent light bulbs as Ive seen an LED come! Thats a good thing for me. The dusk-to-dawn feature has worked flawlessly. I was a little bit worried that my light fixtures solid top, and that it was hanging in a covered patio, would skew the brightness/darkness levels for that function - but it has always worked (unless I forget and turn off the light switch, derp). I dont even know where the sensors are, theyre that well hidden - but I guess they are in there working away just as they should! Overall, a great find that Im pleased to have in my home. *Longevity: Ive just replaced one for the first time, after about 17 months of burning all night every night, plus some very cloudy, dark daytime hours here & there. Im pleased with that lifetime! **I have seen a few negative reviews from folks, seemingly because they dont understand how these lights function. You cannot place multiple bulbs in one fixture: when one activates, it will seem like daylight to the others and turn them off! Also, putting them under a deep covered patio 6+ from the opening will not be your optimal situation for the sensor. For SURE indoors is not the best use for these, unless there is an uncovered window nearby. Please be sure you are using these properly before reviewing poorly!

> 24 hourIdeal for porch lighting in a weather-shielded location. The sensor works well. A couple of months use so far, so expected lifetime is unknown. I only need two and bought a 5-pack, so Im set for a long time. I expect lifetime is the same as any incandescent bulb. In my application where the porch light might be left on for days, this automatic shutoff is more economical for electricity and for bulb life. Overall, recommended!

> 24 hourI like the DUSK-TO-DAWN feature - The bulb powers on automatically when the sun goes down. The photocell sensor detects light levels to act as automatic night light. Note: It work great.

> 24 hourThey worked like regular lights. If the switch was on, the lights were on. Too bad as I like the look of them. Am returning them. They are very bright.
