The lamp has a lot of brightness to it.

Bulb burned out after a few weeks

They certainly light things up, but they are distracting to the point of light-pollution. Too much.

Works with my outdoor dusk to dawn motion night light. Just a heads up I did return one set because they did not work with my other night light setup. (Bulbs strobed when activated) Customer service was great when I returned them.

These lights are brighter and more widely diffused than I expected. I would have preferred a narrower beam.

I installed two of these over my outdoor covered parking area. I like it to be lit at night as a security feature at my house. They were great for my application however, Im not really sure how well they would work as spotlights.

TLDR; they are bright and have good light dispersion & suitable for damp locations I got these to use in a kitchen hood that uses PAR38 bulbs. The lenses are polycarbonate and can be uncovered in damp locations w/o risk of breakage and ending up with glass in your workspace/room. The CRI rating seems accurate, and the lumen output appears to be a little higher than indicated, which is a plus. I will get more of these to use as I need to replace other older bulbs. The bottom line is that I recommend them.
