> 24 hourIt’s a little crazy just how big this playmat is in comparison to others on the market! Which on one hand is really good, and I am not going to knock that because we are setting one up as a play wall, and the other as a bridge. For the smaller birds (Conure, and Lovebird) this is a really good size, and the preattched toys aren’t too big for them to get ahold of, and mess with (the Lovebird is hormonal at present, and truly loves beating her toys up at present! Lol!); As a toy for our Congo African Grey (CAG) the big-ish holes in the mat are going to give her some good leverage to bite through it, and if so inclined the attached toys will be shredded in short order! Lol! However CAG’s -as with most medium to large parrots - just absolutely love to destroy things! I actually have organic hemp string to add other toys, treats, cuttlebone, and pieces from the mineral block, so how long these original toys last is really not as important as a me mentally stimulated happy bird is, I can always add more toys, etc. We never expect any toy to last when it comes to the larger parrots. Toys only last as long as they’re not. I know that sounds funny, but the truth is once they set their mind to destroying it - they will. Over all it’s a pretty good toy, and I think we will get some use out of it, and we will be recommending to other pet owners because of its good price, size, & quality. The only thing we would change is if there were a few shiny pieces, and a couple cotton/cloth pieces too because it would hit ever parrot toy preferences, so we’ll just add some ourselves! We absolutely DO recommend this toy, & we hope our review is helpful to you!

> 24 hourThis was much larger than I expected, but its also double sided. The plastic links and clips are all easily removable. This foraging mat seems well made and has lots of things on it to keep the bird entertained. Overall Im very pleased.

> 24 hourMy sun conure can go through about one of these every week or two. They are great but I do cut all the toys off them when they arrive. Conures are notorious for doing poorly with string so off it goes. Price wise its the best bang for your buck I could find and my Ra baby loves them. I must admit the sun conure does love the box it came in more though. You may just want to buy storage boxes instead and go full inception on the problem. Pictures added so you understand.

> 24 hourThe first thing one should do is throw out the hooks that attach this to the cage. It has two hooks which I affixed both to the cage. My 1lb bird was climbing on it and it came crashing down. The hooks are too wimpy for a large bird. Perhaps for a smaller bird, they might be ok. Please, if you have a large bird, find sturdier hooks.

> 24 hourThis is the 3rd one Ive ordered. It took my parrot weeks before he would touch the first one, but once he did he really went to work on it. The 2nd one is almost destroyed, so this is my third order.
