I really enjoyed this mixed in cold water poured over ice. It was a refreshing mild drink, definitely didn’t have the strong tastes some high fiber drinks have. I was pleased with the results, even drank it in addition to my daily greens. Felt amazing, would for sure recommend.

I actually really like this product, and I like that I’m getting extra fiber intake when I use it. The flavor is a little bit under developed. I wish it was a stronger lime flavor and that it had the addition of electrolytes so I felt more hydrated. If you drink this, you’ll probably stay regular although I didn’t necessarily need that extra help because I’m fine in that department. Good over all but could use some advancements.

I’m not the best at eating healthy, but I’m on a journey to finding the best products that will help me out. I’m definitely adding this to my lists of must haves. I’m very picky but this is a great addition to my smoothie or even better to add to my water bottle! Love it overall! And price is great!
