The plastic pressure dressing is so flimsy, it looks like a badly made drilling bandage. I really would not recommend buying this. I feel like I have to be careful to not break it if I were to use it. I dont feel safe with this and wouldnt use it. Sorry. The dressing I cant vouch for either. It seems really not like a proper clotting agent. Its concerning to me too. Looks like silky or something. Almost like its water proof which is obviously not what you need/want on a bandage.

This is a well made version of an ingenious trauma dressing. Should have a few in every first aid kit.

Perfect addition to the first aid kit, just hope I never have to use it

Purchased to use in First Aid training classes. Have held up well to student use and to disinfection/cleaning afterwards.

My wife is a bleeder, so I keep these around just in case.

I havent used it but it seems perfect. Especially being one-handed.

Use these for work. Carried in my med bag. They seem to take the abuse of being thrown around in a soft tool bag very well. Manning theyre sterile and ready for use when i get around to needing them. Used then a couple times now, even though the bandage itself is overkill for the injury, JUST because i knife- theyre there, and easy to use.
