    Greater than one week

Dont underestimate! Took care of steel security door with no effort. I was impatient and didnt want to wait for delivery. Spent over 100 on bits at hardware store and ended up back at these 2 weeks later. Worth the money and then some.

I purchased these for my Dremel. Dremel stuff is expensive and doesnt last. I didnt expect much from these as 10 of these were about the cost of one Dremel but I thought for wood maybe theyd work. They work great on wood and today I was removing brazing and discovered that they not only cut the brazing great but when I cut into the iron they cut that too. Im amazed at the quality and versatility that I received from these.

This set of carbide burrs had decent reviews and if they actually worked, I couldnt complain about the price ($10). I already had a recent disappointing experience buying a much larger 1/4 shank rotary burr from Lowes. A single burr there cost $20. It basically did almost nothing against mild steel. I didnt run it at high speed or put too much pressure on it but it was barely doing anything to the metal. I was using it to clean up some welds. I thought Id give this set a try because of the variety in the set. Good things come in small packages. These burrs were 1/3 the size of the 1/4 shank burr but it cut immediately as soon as the burr touched the weld. It flattened a weld about an inch long in under 30 seconds. I was surprised. I used it on 2 other welds and got the same results. This is what the burr is supposed to do . There was no perceivable wear on the burr. I cant say anything to the longevity of the burr yet after only a few uses but if it can cut into stainless steel and show no wear, then anything softer you use it for (like aluminum, wood or stone) its going to make short work of that. For $10 it was a good buy.

Burrs are pretty good but overall durability/ life is yet unknown. Work OK but like all burrs you need to work slowly and keep control of the tool motor. Probably would buy again.

these are made for use with a dremel tool so they are small but for the price they work very well

Lets get this out of the way first; these burrs are considerably smaller than the standard burrs that I have in any of my 1/4 inch shank sets. That being said, These are hella sharp and cut very aggressively in flame hardened steel, even after using them to so do a complete port matching job on a set of cast iron cylinder heads. Seriously I have paid as much and more for ONE carbide burr than this whole set costed. Am I satisfied?....Yep! I will always buy my favorite Eastwood burrs, but these will stay in my tool box for smaller jobs.
