Set up was amazingly simple. I’ve used other plugs in the past (Wyze and some generic) and they were difficult to set up on the apps. These were super simple, plug in, open app, click the plus, it identifies and installs. I’m rethinking if I should switch all of the ones that randomly stop working with each upgrade and make the switch to these.

First of all, you can tell it’s a quality product by the feel of it. Highly recommend these cables. Once March rolls around, we are Go..Go…Go with baseball season. These arrived as pre-owned products and then would not connect to our devices. We plan to try them at another location. But all signs point to the fact that these dont work at all except as regular outlet expansions (1 to 3).

This is an awesome option to have at home so you can make just about anything a smart device. Firstly, Im a fan of Sylvanias smart bulbs and their smart home app. I hate having to have a bunch of different apps for all my devices. So when I can get Sylvania products, I do. Their app is the easiest to use. These plug ins connect easily and can be controlled by your phone or Alexa. I use them all over the house. This 4pack option is nice. I really recommend.

Does not work at all. Install so many apps. And seance i took to long to use them now i can not return them at all. Im stuck woth a worthless product. Do not buy at all.

I did find these smart plugs way too sweet up..including setting a daily or group of day routines. I wish I didnt have to download the Sylvania App and could just use with my Google Home. I would have given 5 stars if that were the case. But all in all Im satisfied so far.

These worked fine for about 6 months... specifically up until exactly 7 days after the product support window closed, then all 4 quit working the same day. Its obviously a Sylvania server problem, but never had that problem with my other off brand... and thats the last time I consider a brand name over something else.

Im really glad these paired so easily with Alexa. I was a little worried about setting it up because Ive had difficulty with off-brand similar products. Im glad that the Sylvania products work really well. I wish they had for dummies type instruction and I wouldnt have stressed over it so much. I love how easy it is to use the plugs with voice or the app now!
