Kids love how it does not hurt as much when I crush it at them.

Make sure you fill this ball correctly. If it gets too much air it can be on the hard side. Our cul-de-sac has a couple kids who play on league and school volleyball and this is their favorite ball. It is very firm without being deflated and it does not hurt when practicing overhand serves.

This seems like it will last. My daughter is happy with it!

The Tachikara Volley-Lite was recommended to me by my sons volleyball coach for its weight and quality. Because we live in the non-coastal south where volleyball has heavy feminine leanings (which we happily ignore), the sport stores around here boasted a lot of pink, but nothing for my little man. So I promised wed search Amazon. Much to his delight, they had this one. Since black and red are his favorite colors, we considered it kismet and ordered it from the parking lot after our disappointing shopping venture. Much to my delight, it was even cheaper here than the ones at the sports store! The ball arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and had all of the features we were hoping for- great quality, nice feel, good stiching, and the light weight that is so perfect for our little players. If youre looking for a quality ball, order with confidence! We love ours.

I love Tachikara balls. I coach a junior high volleyball team. These are great balls for the younger kids who are learning (5-6th grade). I plan on only using these for young kids this year, but even my older kids love these balls. That little bit less weight makes a difference.

Long lasting volleyball

Im very happy with this volleyball for my 9-year old. Its the same model used in her schools volleyball camp.

Bought this for my daughter when she joined the volleyball team. It works as expected,and shes already gotten hours of enjoyment out of it.
