My husband really liked this product (Gift) - creamy and nice scent.

Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood Shaving Cream is excellent. Creamy, slick, beautifully scented, lathers easily. The packaging by the seller was awful, hence the three stars. One of the two tubs I ordered was broken in half and the cream was spilled all over. The tubs are made of very fragile, brittle plastic. Therefore, they need to be bubble-wrapped in thick layers. Next time, I will order from another seller who packages the tubs right. It will be great if the seller is reading these reviews and acts accordingly.

I love the whole idea of wet shaving using this sandalwood shaving cream. It smells great, but is not over the top and makes me look forward to shaving. Just a little bit will get you through a shave if you remember to wet your brush during application.

As the title say the sandals wood scent is great and refreshing in this product. Unfortunately it seems to irritate my sensitive skin under my chin. Ability to lather quickly and help the blade glide over the skin are good to very good. There are a few that are better in all of these areas. Price is very good.

Started using this when advertised in J. Peterman in the 1990s. Nothing else will do. Best when applied with a brush. Rooney makes great badger hair brushes.

Excellent smell and lather. Good size as well. I recommend mixing into a larger in a separate container.
