> 24 hourI was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year. With the medications I have taken for the symptoms the worst of the pain and stiffness has been mostly absent until about a week ago. Last week I woke up with a very stiff back, shoulders, neck, bottom, and hips that was unrelated to any exercise or injury. Increasing my medications helped lessen the pain and stiffness (muscle relaxer) but it was a very difficult week. My sleeping was also very bad and my fitness tracking watch recorded very poor or even worse sleep for the whole week. Anyways I did some research for ways to help this and found that TENS could help with my symptoms. I purchased this device and received it yesterday. Since then I have used it 5 to 7 times for 20 to 25 minutes on different areas of my back. I use it between level 3 and level 4 with normal mode and default settings but adjusted the time to 20 to 25 minutes. On every place I used it the pain and stiffness is either reduced by a large extent or totally eliminated. The medications I take dont do that. They only provide a temporarily reduction in pain and stiffness. I am very impressed in how well this works. My only negative is the case on my TENS7000 does not have the plastic part that is supposed to latch so the case does not lock closed in the closed position. This appears to be a defect in the manufacturing of my case. Its not a terrible thing but at the moment I kept the plastic outer bag to make sure the items dont fall out of the case. I would normally subtract 1 from my rating for such a problem but the device works so well I can give this a pass..

> 24 hourI had the worst kind of back spasms you could have, up there with child labor and having a hysterectomy. Screaming bad. Had to wait two weeks to get into physical therapy. Now I had never heard about a Tens Unit before I was able to get in, so I was taking prescribed meds and over the counter pain killers around the clock. When I finally got in to physical therapy (chiropractor couldnt do a thing either, mind you) all he did was wrap a hot water bottle in towels (HEAVEN!!!) and hook me up to this weird never seen before unit. He told me to do stretches too. I went three times, same thing, and I asked him if I could buy a smaller unit. That was enough for me. Best purchase for the price, got extra pads, and a two more nine volts as back up. The unit will tell you when the battery is about to die (I squeezed that battery of its juices to the last drop) then popped another right in and continued the shocking treatment. Get a hot water bottle confidently and securely dried on the outside wrapped with towels for the ultimate comfort of the treatment. I havent taken any more meds since. Thats the ultimate goal - get off the dependency of medicine while you can. Worth the money!!!!

> 24 hourA friend recommended this unit on Amazon. I purchased it and it is worth every penny! Wish I knew beforehand that these units worked so great and are not expensive. This is easy to use and the storage case is perfect. Battery operated so no charging needed. I take this with me on outings when I know I will have muscle discomfort in my back due to recent injury. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourI’ve had back pain for over a year. I fell off the stairs coming into our house around November 2021. Since then I’ve had back pain to varying degrees, sometimes so bad I could barely walk, barely turn over in the bed and I couldn’t even stand up from a seated position and walk. I’d have to get up and get used to the pain and once I got going it was better. My back was spasming all the time. The pain was there 24/7. If I did something like go shopping and walk a lot or clean house then for two or three days the pain would be a lot worse. I’ve tried the chiropractor, steroids, muscle relaxers, and physical therapy. The strongest thing I took for pain was Ultram. I didn’t want to fall in that dark pit of getting hooked on something. Things started to turn around November of last year when I started to go to physical therapy. For some of my visits they would do dry needling and hook a tens unit up to it. Yes it hurt. But I was already hurting all the time so it was worth it. The first time was the worst. I left hurting worse than when I got there but I wanted to give it a chance. Two days later I did the dry needling again with the tens unit. That next morning when I got up most of the pain was gone. But it didn’t last but about 18 hours and it came back. It was such a relief though to be pain free even if just for 18 hours. Unfortunately insurance is not going to pay for me to do that forever but it gave me an idea. I researched and bought my own tens unit and I chose this one. This thing works miracles. I am pretty much pain free all the time. And yes it delivers the exact same thing I got in physical therapy just without the needles. I can vouch for it. The price is affordable for almost anyone. I use this every night for about 45 minutes. I can’t imagine going without it. I’m not a salesperson and I’m not getting any money for posting this. I just thought this could help someone else. If you have any kind of implant like a pacemaker you have to clear it with your doctor before using. The pads can be used multiple times and they are not that expensive. The ones I have on now I’ve used about 8-10 times. I’m sure if you were to put it on a hairy part of your body they wouldn’t last as long. It uses a 9 volt battery. You can use it up to three hours a day. My sister gets up in the morning, puts the pads on and leaves them on all day using it off and on. That way she isn’t taking the pads on and off. If you are out of options maybe this could help you.

> 24 hourI am using this for neuropathy in my feet. I cant tell if it helps yet but it certainly cant hurt. The only problem is batteries dont last long. After 30 days, it quit working and of course, I cant return it now. *** I am upgrading my review because it may be the pads that need to be replaced. I will see. Sorry.

> 24 hourMy physical therapist recommended this unit as this is the unit her class bought while attending PT school. Economical and has a case. Easy to understand use but if you have lower back issues like me, its extremely hard to put patches in correct places even with mirror, much less taking them off. In a pinch, I would recommend this unit due to ease of use and price.
