I own an HVAC company and have used 2 other brands of scopes, this is by far the clearest picture and one of the best features is you can take a picture of what your seeing and store it on the media card to show customers. This way the customer has peace of mind that you are in fact checking the system and there is either nothing wrong with the component or that there is in fact an issue and they too can see it. GREAT scope!!!

The picture quality was great making it easy to see what you are looking at. I was worried that the camera would only see right in front of the lens but I could also see further out and the light was bright enough which was a big plus. The side view lens helped seeing to the side if needed while moving the probe forward. I bought this Endoscope camera to help me put in a light running electrical wires from ceiling to wall on a two story house. Cutting small holes in drywall and looking before drilling holes saved me as ABS piping, and wiring were in the wall and could of become a major job and added cost if I had drilled thru them. After using this tool I only cut where necessary with smaller holes in drywall which makes it easier to patch. One thing I noticed when inserting the probe into the wall you didnt know the rotation of the image you were looking at. I used tape and marked the tape with a line so when I inserted the probe into the wall I knew left was left and right was right. Very happy with the way this job turned out. I also used the Endoscope to look at the jets in my inground spa. I wanted to find out why some of the jets were not working so I wanted to remove them for cleanout if necessary. I wasnt sure how the jets were to be removed so being able to see inside the jet tube I could see that a plastic nut was there and could be unscrewed. Crazy how far back the jet were in the tube but knowing your not going to damage anything and again could be costly for the DIYer if you cannot see what your doing. This Endoscope is better than the one my buddy got and paid more for. Very happy and glad I got this item. It has already paid for itself.

This is great for looking for leaks, especially in the wall. The camera is good, the cable is a little stiff so it takes a little bit of time to maneuver the camera to the area you want BUT once you figure that out...its really easy to use.

Purchased this for my Dad who is having problems with his front porch sinking. After drilling a couple holes he was able to send the snake camera down to see what might be happening underneath. It worked great! Was able to see clearly in the pitch dark under the porch to ascertain the problem. Easy to use. Great product. Ordering one for myself, as I am owner/operator of an HVAC company.

Saw where pipe was leaking in wall and only had to make small hole to fix money saved was price of camera with only one use.

Plenty of length on the camera shaft to get well down into a pipe

i work in maintenence and i use this scope for trouble shooting issues and its durable and the picture is clear highly recomend this tool to all

The camera has a great picture quality and is easy to use. Several of our technicians have used it and love it. I may be buying a few more soon.

I would have given this a 5 star however the first unit I got stopped working on Battery after 1 use. Thankfully Amazon is great with returns and got a new unit a couple days later. I believe the wire for the battery door is very weak so when I removed the battery to charge it on my external charger, the wire either broke or came loose, so it would no longer run on battery.
