Greater than one weekThe biggest issues is charging it. The wire is the old android cables and sometimes they just do not work. Keep your old cables becasue you will need them! When disconnected, a voice screams over and over READY TO CONNECT and it goes on and on and on... poor

> 3 dayI rely heavily on reviews when I make purchases but seldom, if ever, do I leave a review. But in this case I had to speak up. I should have listened to the reviews. Instead I went with the Bose name, after all they are supposed to be one of the best out there. I had always wanted a Bose sound system but couldnt afford it so I decided to go with this little speaker instead, still a splurge for me but I felt it would be worth it. When it worked this little speaker had great sound but the problems began shortly after I purchased it. At first it would just cut in and out when listening to streamed music and I would constantly have to turn it off and on to get it to work. Then a few months ago it just stopped charging. I went to the website and followed the directions, updated it and that worked for about a month. Now it wont charge at all, I have tried to update and the website says it is current. I have tried all the resets and fixes the website suggested and nothing. I now have a $200 paperweight. My $40 Ontz angle works better than this! I have been trying to reach customer support but they just keep telling me my serial number doesnt exist! I am so glad I never invested in anything more from this company. Bose you have lost my future business! Buyer beware trust the reviews on this one!!
