I have some tooth implant and It is very important to keep the area between the implants clean to avoid implant failure. These picks do an excellent job for me. The brush not only cleans but massages the gums for good gum health. The picks have other features to fight plaque and massage gums. My dental checkups have been excellent. I keep containers around the house and in the car for convenience.

These are the best toothpicks! My hygienist recommended them and they work better than the regular toothpicks. My only regret is that they are plastic, but I do collect them in a baggie and put them in the recycle bin. They arrived pronto...on time.

Great!!

Works well at getting particles out from between all but the most crowded teeth -- which still requires waxed floss. I like the stimulation of the gums as the picks remove the food bits
