The Elder Wand in Ollivanders Box
-

> 3 dayI have no complaints about this wand. The wand itself feels very sturdy, seems to be the 15 in. as advertised, and came in the Olivander’s box. It also had a certificate of authenticity plus a little booklet of other Noble Collections products (As one would expect). However, I am worried about someone breaking in and killing me in my sleep to steal the wand…

> 3 dayReceived this as a Christmas present along with five others. I now own the Elder Wand, Snapes, Harrys, Hermiones, Voldemorts (GASP! I said his name!) and Rons. Im planning on purchasing 8 more and will be making a display plaque for our home theatre room which is a mix of collector quality Harry Potter (for me) and Star Wars (for my husband). The wand came in an Ollivander box with ribbon that is beautiful, but will most likely be tucked away. The wand itself is a resin cast replica of what Michael Gambon and Richard Harris used in the movies. I am VERY pleased with it and would recommend to anyone looking to display this as a collectors item. It is not for children to play with.

> 3 dayVery well constructed and beautiful box. Was very impressed with the quality of this entire product. Thought it actually came right out of the movie when I first saw it.

Greater than one weekThe wand is excellent and a movie quality representation. Ive read the reviews about the elder wand did not come in a box from Ollivanders. Ok, this is true, but the box presentation is really nice and gives it the air of fanciness that makes it cool. Well worth the added cost to purchase it in the box--cleverly numbered on the box as zero.

> 3 dayLooks great. Not sure about the durability or the sturdiness since I will not be using them as toys. Even the box states that they are fragile. So not sure why people are surprised when they break, etc. I will be buying more in the future for sure. Edit - Forgot to mention. These are made by the same company and sold at the theme parks. But the presentation boxes for these look a lot better than the plain ones that are sold at the theme parks. There are some videos on Youtube that show the differences. For me, the presentation is much better with this than if I bought it at Universal.

Greater than one weekThe quality is high as it appears to be hand made, so it is very nice to display. I have gotten many good comments from friends and family.

> 3 dayWe got this for our nine year old who is a very big Harry Potter fan. He really likes it and after six months of regular use, the wand has not broken. I expected it to break soon. It was a little on the expensive side, but nonetheless the child seems to love it, it hasnt broken, and has given him hours of job pretending to cast spells on all of us. Would buy again and suggest to others. My child wishes me to note that he has not yet actually gotten the wand to perform magic and he says probably it wont but you never know and if he is able to have some success with that he will report back on things.
