I love how it comes in the box lines with velvet and covered in fabric. The wand is sturdy and looks authentic.

Looks just like the wand in the movie. The collector box make it even more special.

Perfect gift for a HP fan.

Our grandson wanted a magic wand for Christmas and we thought this would be perfect. The problem was is that, even though he is six, he apparently thought it would be a REAL magic wand (to disappear his siblings? - we arent sure ...). In the evening light the wand looked rather nondescript and felt plastic, but my daughter assures me that in the light of day it looks and feels more realistic. This is a collectors item and not a toy, but we thought it would be fun for him to brandish in imaginary play none-the-less.

Quality is great and looks very authentic. Has a nice weight to it, too. My only word of caution, is be careful when giving to kids. My 2 year old was playing with it (its my older sons) and she lightly whacked my husband with it on accident. It broke the skin and he started bleeding everywhere! This is not a toy meant for young children and can be dangerous.

Very nice wand. The box is very awesome as well. My daughter loves it.
