This stuff shreds like scotch tape when you pull it off the roll. The fibers are weak and too far apart. Very low quality very cheap and thin tape. They don’t make this tape like they used to. That’s for sure. The actual tape is so thin it’s almost see-through and the stickiness is not very good. Does not cling to any vinyl or plastic material very well at all if you need it. Find something else. This stuff shreds like paper.

Very easy to unstick

I hate to be a wet blanket , here....but I am somewhat disappointed in this product. Purchased this tape mainly because of the name...had used cheaper duct tape , and was not happy with the cheaper tapes performance. Sooo...I thought ...ok...Duck Tape should be the ticket to getting better results. Let me add that Ive been using duct tape for 60 years , or so. I am now retired from a job as a US Govt. purchasing agent . During the 13 years that I was buying supplies for my work group ( Aerospace Model Fab ) I have bought LOTS of this stuff ( many different brands ). This Duck Tape does not consistently tear all the way across , and thats extremely irritating. It is clearly thinner than many of the other brands that Ive used ...not at all what you want in a good duct tape Also...the adhesive is not as sticky as Id like it to be...significantly less sticky than other brands Ive had. In summary...If this is The Original , I am very disappointed in this product !!

Not the same as stuff you purchase at the hardware store, thinner. Works perfect for a box.
