Everyone - man, woman, and child - loves this movie. How can you not???

I got sick of people exclaiming What? Youve never seen The Princess Bride!?!? so I bought it. Sure enough, its quite entertaining.

This is the kind of movie that all members of the family can enjoy. This movie begins with a grandfather, played by Peter Falk, reading his grandson a story, but dont be turned off by that beginning because this wonderful delightful tale gets more exciting in a short time. This is a story about good and evil, and the power of true love. Yes, some might call this a corny movie, but it has something for just about everyone. The primary theme is about a young man named Wesley, played by Cary Elwes, who falls in love with a beautiful young woman (Buttercup) played by Robin Wright. I never give away too much because it spoils it for those who will view this wonderful movie.

This movie is timeless. I have watched this moving with my boys for the past 15 years and from the oldest to the youngest, they still love it. We just watched it again the other night and my nine year old was resisting because of the title of the movie. But, with encouragement from my older boys they convinced him. He loved it!

This is one of our family favorites. My grown kids have it practically memorized. Their children are now introduced to it, too.

This is a classic for all ages. I still quote lines

Family classis. If you cant quote several lines from this you cant be an American.

This movie is a wonderful family movie (yes i believe even guys will like the action), or a great night for the ladies if u want to be swept away in true classic romance. I brought my copy at target for $7.50, but even tho this is a few cents more i would have gotten it because the box is nicer on here, so if you are like me and want a cute box this one is for you, if u just want to pay less u can find it elsewhere...great movie tho so buy it!

This movie will always be one of my favorites and now my kids enjoy it, too. It is funny and clever, and the witty banter makes me laugh.

My family puts this movie on when we all need to just relax and have a little fun. Love it!
