The Wet Brush Hair Detangling Brush Pro Select, Pink

I have long, thick hair that loves to tangle easily and my hair dresser recommended this, as Id just been using a regular brush even on wet hair. The bristles are pretty flexible which I guess is the point, but I feel like maybe theyre not quite long or strong enough to get to all of my thick hair on the first run.

This is my favorite brush. Ive always been plagued with thick hair that gets tangled easily, but ever since I got this it takes maybe two attempts at most to get through the thickest of knots. This brush is amazing! (Also: I see a lot of reviews complaining about the pro. It works just fine, Im not really sure whats wrong with people if they think it doesnt.) No snagging, no pain. LOVE IT.

I absolutely love Wet brushes. They are great to use after showering to detangle wet hair. I have fine thin hair and it doesn’t pull my hair out, just glides right through the knots and tangles. It is also great to use for drying and styling your hair. I have had long hair and short and it has perfect for both. It has become my go to brush for sure

This brush is flipping amazing!! Reading the reviews I couldnt imagine how it could possibly be that different from any other brush. And when I got it, it certainly didnt look any different. But using was believing!! I have THICK, almost waist length hair and I had been tearing out my hair for years with my old brush. With this brush, detangling and brushing was painless and easy. No pulling or feeling like Im ripping through tangles. Im so happy I got this brush!

The brush I ordered arrived used with long hair and glitter in the bristles - disgusting.

Omg! Why didn’t I know about these sooner!! I have thick hair and after shampooing it’s a “hot mess!” This brush slides through easily with almost no snarls. Highly recommend. I will be getting another!

Photo doesnt do the color justice. It has a lovely sheen to it. This is not my first wet brush. I love them. I had used one for years, even after it had broke down. I finally bought a new one and fell in love all over again! My sister is a cosmologist and recommended this brush. I have a VERY sensitive scalp and never looked forward to brushing my hair because every little tug hurt and made me cranky. Now I brush my hair just for fun.

I think the wet brush concept must only work with thin or minimal hair. I have a LOT of hair (thin hair) and it only brushes through the top layer or two, even when Im pressing hard. So I flip my head over and brush the underside, but it only gets through a layer or two there also, leaving the middle layers of my hair unbrushed. My daughter, conversely, has SUPER thick hair, and this brush is a joke getting through her hair. It brushes like the top 10 hairs and thats it. I think it would work well for a child with really thin, tangly hair.... like maybe a toddler with thin, curly hair.

My 3-year-old son had long hair and would fight with me after bath and in the morning when I needed to brush his hair. Once I purchased this Wet brush, all struggle ended and I was able to brush his hair with no problem.
