> 3 dayI love this thing so much. I usually don’t stick it in the fridge before wearing it but the compression alone is nice. My daughter is always borrowing it to sleep with so she got her own. I’ve had so many friends and family order them after trying mine. It works great for headaches but is also just soothing!

> 3 dayI am staying with a family member and forgot to bring my theraice cap. Of course I got a HORRIBLE migraine. Bags of ice just do not compare at all. This cap provides an even cool temperature plus pressure which is a game changer. I like using it over my eyes because I typically become very light sensitive with headaches and migraines. When pulled all the way down, it blocks out all light. This is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone who deals with headaches or migraines.

> 3 dayWe have purchased this twice over the the last year. I was surprised how much my daughters use these. One uses it as a knee ice pack and the other for her elbow. They like these as it slides on and has ice all around. I love these for my migraines. Very happy with this!!

> 3 dayThis was great! The gel gets COLD, so much so I need to let it warm a bit before using it. I love that the design fits around my head and give cold and compression. Good investment for our home.

> 3 dayI was slightly skeptical about how well this would work, but if youve ever had a bad migraine and could grab something like this and then have it work without anything else.. it just sounds too good to be true. But I had bought this about a month ago just to have on hand should I need it and last night I needed it. Right at the onset I remembered I had bought it and so I dug it out of the freezer took it out of the bag that it stays in while not in use, then laid it on a clean dish towel for it to thaw out slightly, like a couple of minutes, or long enough for me to drink a glass of water because hydration is important. Then I got in bed and put the cap on. At first it was still pretty cold, but it wasnt so cold that I had to take it off entirely, just didnt pull it down over my eyes right away. After a few more minutes I was able to pull it down over my eyes and just let it do its thing while I snuggled into my favorite blanket. Since I didnt catch the time before I started this process, I couldnt say exactly how long it took to work, but I woke up when it was completely defrosted and I didnt have any migraine symptoms!! The thing Im going to do now is buy a second one just incase.

> 3 dayI constantly have migraines and this one of the only things that works for me. I let it sit out for a minute before putting it on but I could honestly sleep wearing this if I wanted to!

> 3 dayHave had terrible migraines for years and this feels so good when you’re in that moment that nothing helps. Only suggestion for users, right out of the freezer was a little too cold for me, 20 minutes was long enough to sit to de-thaw a little but 100% recommend

> 3 dayMy husband had a terrible migrane and I ordered this for him immediately. It came same day which was nice so he could use it. It helped soothe his headache so much but he said it did make his head sooo cold. Maybe I will keep in the fridge instead of freezer. Either way its so comfortable to wear and perfect to relieve a headache.
