I have a rare autoimmune condition called PANDAS which causes very severe tics/tourette like symptoms. Vitamin E has always been a huge help to me, but for a while I could not take it due to a soy allergy. This product has saved my life. It is one of the only vitamin E products out there without soy. Product came on time, very well packaged! Excellent iServe Products. 5-MTHF FOLATE to help with viruses. I read that this regime is also good for anyone suffering from HPV : B vitamins— especially Folic acid &B12. Folic Acid 1000mcg— best form is methyltetrahydrofolate (MTHF) 400iu of Vitamin E, comprised of mixed tocopherols including beta & gamma tocopherols.

My gynecologist recommended this for hormone balance and breast health. I am taking this along with a long list of other supplements, but I feel that this supplement has contributed to an overall improvement in my health and hormonal balance. Thorne Research makes quality supplements, which I highly recommend. Worth the price!

For a supplement at this price point, I was more than discouraged to find it caused intense nausea. My inexpensive but effective (and now not available) Trader Joe’s supplement was light years better. Bummed!!

After I started taking this product, I couldnt figure out why I was having migraines. I had to do some trial and error, and figured out it was the Thorne Vitamin E. I returned it and bought Andrew Lessman Tocotrienols Vitamin E instead. No issues. Im not sure what happened to Thorne.

This company has an excellent reputation. They prepare each supplement or vitamin in a separate room, so there is no contamination from other products. Their sources are also clean and as natural as possible - with a complete tocopherol line-up in this E capsule.

Have used this brand for years and feel the quality is excellent.
