Not working on my fitbit 4 , tried all ways

I left my Fitbit Charge 4 charger behind at a hotel while traveling and needed to buy a new one. I bought this because it was a bit cheaper than the standard charger and the package included two chargers. These chargers work but, for me, a bit of fiddling around is required. My original charger worked every time I snapped the Fitbit unit into it. Initially, I was very disappointed with this charger because, when I snapped the Fitbit into it, the Fitbit did not charge. I read all the troubleshooting instructions online but they did not help. I found that I had to nudge the Fitbit around in the charger and check the face of the Fitbit to verify that it was indeed charging (swipe up on the Fitbit Charge clock face). Be sure to double check the charge status at least once during the charging cycle to make sure the unit is still charging. On a couple of occasions I noticed that although the Fitbit started charging initially, it quit charging after a while before the unit was fully charged. I had to nudge it around in the charger again to get it to finish charging. Other than that, I can recommend this charger if you dont mind checking up on the charging status.
