It really helps with split ends. The lady that cuts my hair was surprised that my hair wasnt bad after going 4 month without a trim.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas at her request (she first experienced it at a salon and noted it completely removed the frizzies). Despite the phallic looking packaging, she comments that it works just as well as the salons version (assumed to be the same) and last not only all day, but for a few days. She also comments you dont need a lot, so it should last a while.
