This SSD was used to replace my old PCs failing Hard Drive, and the upgrade is noticeably faster. For the past couple of months, its been holding up well and I havent had any issues with it. The SSD does a read and improves the load times of my programs, which is to be expected from going from an HD to an SSD. It wasnt hard to use or too hard to replace in the computer, think the hardest part was installing windows on the SSD and waiting for the process to complete. 256GB as a whole computer memory is real bare bones, but I dont usually keep too many games or videos on my older PC. The memory capacity is more suited for an office use computer or sheerly just an extra drive for storage. Its not to say that you cant do much with the 256GB, for you would have to be mindful of your memory usage; especially if youre an avid gamer or video editor. Overall, this SSD works and runs well. If you need a quick replacement for a failing drive or just need a pinch of extra memory, this SSD will do you good.

Have used for a month now, easy to install with tools provided. Very pleased thus far.

It was continuously connecting and disconnecting to the PC intermittently. It did not maintain the connection for more than 30 seconds. I tried to use another USB cable without any result. I threw it into the trash can.

When you actually use this drive, the initial write speed is 375 MB/s but it quickly drops after around a minute of use, then cant get above 40 MB/s until you unplug the drive, let it cool down, then plug in in again. You know there is something wring with the drive when the copy time starts at 5 minutes, then goes to 20 minutes, then 40 minutes, then 2 hours, then 4 hours then you just give up!

Pros: -Seems to be a US-based company. -Very well-made. -Speedy. -Seems to work as advertised. -Price is insane. Cons: N/A thus far. Final thoughts: If you need quick storage options that fit a certain size and speed youre looking for without breaking the bank, look no further. I was hesitant to order this because weve seen a bunch of names on Amazon that we havent heard of before and thought Oh, thats too good to be true. It has to be., so I read the reviews and I was surprised how many liked this brand and what it had to offer. Plus, with the price being like $15 bucks at the time of purchase, I thought Ive spent more on less. Lets see what happens. and wow...was I wrong on my initial assessment. Fast, reliable, sturdy, and works well with the Steam Deck (installed a Windows To Go installation on it) and it surpassed my expectations. For once? You really are getting a good deal for your money. Best bang for your buck Ive seen in a while. Absolutely recommended.
