TOAKS Titanium Long Handle Spork with Polished Bowl

This is great for cooking or getting to the bottom of a MRE/Mountain House bag. Great bit of kit for weight conscious backpackers. And goes great with the spoon also by Toaks.

The polished bowl of the spoon is much more comfortable than the unpolished. Easy to pack and clean.

Super light weight. Really gets down there in my backpacking meals.

I use this to cook and eat. It is very light weight. The handle is a bit sharp.

Comes with a little case. LIghtweight, and durable. Just what I want when backpacking. Long enough to reach down in the freeze-dry bag.

The quality is great: its lightweight, the polished part has a great feel in contact with your mouth… However, I find the shape of the handle pretty uncomfortable to hold. The shape and the sharp edge that rests on your middle finger when you hold it make it so uncomfortable so that I have to consciously change the way I hold it. I had seen someone else complain about this in a youtube review and thought it was someone over reacting, but it is, at least to me. I dont know if the one I got had a sharper edge or if all are like this, but it did hurt a bit. I might try using a file and sanding it a bit, but might go for some other model if that doesnt work.

This spork is fine but the shape is a little awkward in the mouth. The tines are pretty blunt which isnt very useful. It works for what we need it for but it could use some small design tweaks in my opinion.

What more can I say? Just get it.
