I was very disappointed with these cups. Many of them snapped in my guests hands and cracked easily. I would not recommend this product and would like my money back to be quite honest.

Purchased these as I will be traveling internationally in the coming months. Thus far, Ive tested the quality of sounds. It works well when connected to spotify so this can be an alternative earbud if youre not using it for translation. For the translation part: you will need to download their app first. It was able to pick up what I wanted to be translated back to english (at least the easy stuff like How are you). These earbuds do require an online subscription. After testing it a few times, it prompted me to purchase either the online (7days - 1yr option) or offline translation packages (7days - permanent option).

I used these cups for a brunch event. They are super cute and good quality. I got multiple compliments on them! I will definitely buy again
