Very unstructured pockets, so I kept having to dig around to find things stored in them. And the snaps are absolutely 100% useless - they pop open as soon as you try to carry by the shoulder strap. (I worked around it by cementing them shut forever with Gorilla Glue.) But it worked fine as a carry-on bag and fit under the seat.

This bag fit Everything in it that my other bag couldn’t has enough pockets and space for everything I need. I love it 10/10 I would definitely recommend
