Still cool and rainy in NY, summer hasnt hit yet, and I just got this 2 days ago, so I havent yet used it, but I opened just to make sure it was in good working order. Seems quite sturdy. Love the carry case it comes with -- can carry it easily over a shoulder or on your back. Happy with my purchase.

I got this for my husband to use during autocross, which entails standing on asphalt for hours at a time with no shade. We live in Florida so the heat can be pretty extreme. This umbrella has been great! He says it makes a huge difference and really helps take the edge off the heat. Plus it protects from sunburns on the arms, face, head, and neck. The vents in the fabric keep the heat from getting trapped underneath, which was a problem with other umbrellas he has used in the past.

I am extremely happy with my sun/heat protection. I‘ve had it for two week & it is totally different from all the other umbrellas l had. This one truly protects me from sun rays coming through and l do not feel as much heat when being outside or sweating as l used to with other umbrellas. I use this umbrella for flag football games, soccer games, in the sun and light rain too. If you are out in the sun, for whatever reason, this umbrella is a must have. People see it and order their own right there!

We bought these umbrellas for our summer trip to Asia. We knew that we needed shade and any help with the temp. These umbrellas saved us. We managed to sight see in comfort and used them every day. At the end of the trip, we left them with family as they were so good and practical. Will buy more for our use at home.

This UV umbrella really does provide more sun protection that an ordinary umbrella. The construction is definitely quality. It opens and closes without any issues. I would purchase it again if needed, highly recommend.
