2 flights and the rubber trim on the back of the suitcase is ripped off.

I have all Travel Pro luggage and the 21” carry on is a great addition!

As a pilot simple and efficient are important. Technically great carry on, easy to handle and useful features. Unfortunately some chemicals used in manufacturing have a strong odor that permeates everything, hopefully it will dissipate over time.

This is so nice and lightweight like I wanted I can’t hardly carry. I have a suitcase anymore, and this really came in and pleased me on the weight.

I don’t have any pictures to show since I don’t have the luggage anymore. I gave it to a friend and bought an 8-wheel for myself by the same brand. The suitcase worked out extremely well for me during the two years that I used it. Once I began taking more items and computer work on my trips, I chose to get a Travel Pro with eight wheels instead of four. I loved it while I had it. Rolled easy, stood well, and could actually handle some heavy loads on several trips that it wasn’t designed to handle. If I wasn’t a normal heavy packer, then I would’ve stuck with this suitcase. Hope this helps!

I travel (flying) quite a bit for work...not as much as some but enough to make it worth it to invest in quality luggage. If you travel more than a handful of times in a year, this luggage is worth every single penny! Let me explain why: Imagine this - youre on a work trip to New Orleans and youre taking your newish significant other with you so you can spend some time together and see the sites. Imagine this person tends to pack heavily for a short trip. Imagine this is all packed into a large duffle bag...large enough for TSA to really wonder if youre trying to smuggle someone onto your flight with you. Imagine further you have your own standard rolling bag (albeit not a nice one, such as this particular one I am leaving the review on) and get stuck hauling both bags across the airport. Imagine all of this, and then imagine having to make a connection flight all the way across the airport carrying all of this luggage with about 10 minutes to go before theyve called the boarding zone for the people who have to sit in the floor in the back who paid a mere $12 for the experience! Well, I dont have to imagine this my friends - it happened to me. Ive been on the other side of that equation before, sending my little prayer to that poor soul running through an airport with no dignity left - and now I have been that soul, scarred and broken. Women and children screamed and cowered before my thunderous, racing feet as I lugged an entire beauty section of various make-up and hair products in the giant duffle, all the while struggling to balance it on top of my two wheeled luggage that was bursting at the seams below it. I can still remember the look on the face of the woman behind me on the escalator going down to meet the plane train as my girlfriend ran ahead to hold the train for us as I was nearly crushed to death by the duffle bag of doom. Ive never experienced such kindness when that same young woman, a stranger to me, face aghast with horror, told me that making the train just wasnt worth my dying over, and that my safety was more important. We made the next train and subsequently made the next flight, but not without completing a marathon even Olympic athletes would refrain from attempting. I look back on that evening with mixed emotions; but none of them compare to the elation I experienced when I ordered this from Amazon and had it show up before my next work trip, gliding, nay... floating across the floor under no obligation to friction of its wheels. Such security I felt when all of my items were enclosed in this case I have never known - this roller will typically never leave your side on even the smaller regional jets. It will never run ahead to hold the train for you, it would only sacrifice itself to stop a train from running into you in some sort of freak train derailment accident. If you were to acquire new items in your travels, it would expand ever so slightly to get that last bit of memorabilia inside of it. The zippered sections spill forth a cournucopia of stowed items quickly accessible when required. When I traveled again with my sweet love and companion I made sure we were both in possession of this luggage; I experienced a complete reduction in crushing incidents and overall my load became only that which I brought with me instead of the entirety of our combined clothing and accessories, and for that reason alone I rate this among my best purchases so far!

So far its been great. It was hauled through Central Asia and the Middle East - airports, rough roads and bumpy sidewalks - and its still in great shape. Small enough that it was never a problem getting on any of the various 12 airline flights but large enough to fit everything I packed. (I pack light). I like the durable and flexible soft top and zip pockets. Recommended.

Love the color! I’ve been waiting to get the other pieces in burgundy to match my larger one. Really don’t care for the black or the very light colors that show dirt so easily,

I fretted for days between a 25-inch Travelpro Elite, a Travelon crew spinner, and this one. Ultimately the inner pocket layout and the weight made the decision for me. I love this color (teal-ish blue)- easy to spot at luggage claim! It held more than what I needed for a week-long trip. I like the one big pocket on the inner flap as I like to put my nicer shirts, pants there. Cant do that with some of the same-size luggage choices. The wheels and the telescoping handle worked really well. The only drawback for me is that it does not have TSA locks on it, but I took the chance - and unfortunately something was taken out of my bag after I checked it at CDG airport and before I picked it up from Delta in Atlanta. So, I will use independent TSA-approved locks from now on. Thats the only negative I have for this luggage. I would have paid more for an on-suitcase lock.
