Its a power cord, this one works fine. I use it for my computer.

The cord was misplaced during a move. Looked up the model number here and boom! perfect! Just make sure you look at the orientation of the plug and pattern in which the holes are.

This works great for getting electronics closer to the wall or the back of a shelf without putting the plug in a bind. Its also good to have a choice between left or right angle.
