I have a CPAP machine which uses one of these cords. I dont understand why the original cord would fail, but it did. Before trying to find an alternate solution, I bought this extension, and it worked. No problems.

Connects tightly to get the extension needed. Does what it is suppose to do. Would like to have had more length options.

We purchased a set of LED stage lights that used IEC ins and outs for daisy-chaining the power. These worked perfectly for that purpose. As a test, I also tried it out as a simple extension for a flat screen TV and then also a computer. No problems whatsoever.
