Tulip 17581 Dimensional Metallic Fabric Paint, 6-Pack (Glow)

These black light/glow in the dark paints were fairly easy to apply if used straight from the bottle and not with a brush which requires at least 3 coats. A thicker coat is required for the colors to show properly though.

My daughter, an artist, has used this on products to sell and has found this a solid and reliable medium. She’s painted hats, coozies and ornaments with ease and clarity.

Not for squishies

I just received my package but it was partially opened. I dont know why it was open, none of the bottles seem to be used but the package was open. I havent used them but they seem like they will get the job done.

Are use these to make cool designs on a pair of socks

Not as 3D as I would have liked but it they were still good.
