> 24 hourAfter using the tulip pre-filled kits we needed more colors to finish our Disney shirts. The kit colors were vibrant and didnt mute or muddy. These dissolvable packets were not the same at all. The packets did not fully dissolve causing clogged spouts and undesirable splatter messes, the colors did not homogenize the same as the kits resulting more yellow undertones with all three colors (red, green and blue) ending in lime edging that was not noted in the kit colors. Furthermore, the exact same process was used for these colors as was used for the kits however now we have to remake four more shirts and buy the kits because these packets are useless and a complete waste of time and money.

> 24 hourThis product works super well, maybe a little TOO well. I thought I could dump a whole sachet in to the little bottle that comes in those sets with the little dye tablet and it would result in the same kind of sheer opacity as putting in one dye tablet, but I was so wrong. Now my tie-dye sweats are a SUPER dark blue tie dye instead of the kind of pale blue that I was really looking for that I had gotten with the tablet. Definitely would recommend this, but would suggest using like a third of the sachet at once instead of the whole thing.

> 24 hourFor ages, I had been looking around for a turquoise sheet set in a quality fabric. All sets I found in the color I wanted were either made from cheap, poor fabric, or were so fantastically high-priced they were way out of my budget. Finally, it dawned on me to just dye the high-quality white cotton bedding I already had. So, I bought several packs of this Tulip One-step in the turquoise color and did a mix of Shibori-style dye patterns on various pieces of the bedding set. I LOVE the way it turned out. So now I have a sheet set it would have cost me a fortune to buy already made. I did have to make the dye stronger than the directions suggest (I used three dye packets for each 8oz of water instead of two) in order to get a deeper, more saturated turquoise color. I ended up using about $25 worth of the dye for the complete sheet set including 4 extra pillow cases. I had a few packets of dye left over and so used them to over-dye a black and white rayon gauze blouse. That also turned out lovely. My next project will be a duvet cover to match my sheets. I love this dye!
