Turbotax 2019 Premier Fed + State Tax Software CD [PC and Mac] [Old Version]

I have been using TurboTax for a long time. I had lost my copy of the software and had to amend my taxes.It was nice to see there was a new copy available. It was easy to install and amending my taxes was fairly easy.

It told me that I could file on line, but when I did, it told me that the time for filing on line had expired and the return must be mailed. It didnt even give me an address to mail it to. I had to go on line to find out where to mail it.

Returned for refund

I didnt use the state filing option because we dont have state income tax. As for the federal, it was very easy to use. It asked all the right questions and double checked all saving options for our family.

It will not download state. It states that its been used already from someone else. I am furious, because I paid for this software, which the box is disfigured and the tape on the actual software, you can tell it was remove and put back on. Sending the product back to sender.
