The silicone cover fits nicely and does not interfere with attaching the edge to the mount on the bicycle. I am able to make the buttons function without a great deal of effort although I have not been riding while trying to make changes. Considering price, fit it’s a pretty good deal. Cannot comment on how it will work while I am riding as we are just finishing winter here in the Midwest.
