Got this today and within 10 mins it was installed and ready to go! Love it! Love that now I can just plug in my phone cord and not have to move my block around the house.

Great product, well priced. Perfect fit for my RV. Easier to change the outlets than install USB ports. Now I have USB ports outside the RV also.

I should have done a but more research before purchasing. I read the brief description listed with this outlet and saw the words fast charging. I assumed that this meant the same thing as rapid charging or the way in which my Samsung Galaxy S10 can charge. I installed this unit to rid the extra clutter and eliminate the extra charging piece. Once it was installed I plugged my phone in and did NOT look at its screen other than to see that the charging indicating light was on. A few hours later when I grabbed my phone on the way out the door I noticed that my phone was not fully charged. Later I tried it again and saw that by using the outlet only my phone read 8 hours to full charge. Then I plugged in the charger that came with my phone and it read 45 minutes to fully charge. That is a big difference. Maybe this unit is good for powering UBS sourced things such as a home security camera or other small things, but it is not good for fast charging a Samsung Galaxy phone. I bought 4 of these and installed 2 of them before noticing the charging speed difference so I am now stuck with them.

On the back of these units, there is a guide for the gauge of wire that can be used for these outlets. In practice, however, wire of that gauge cannot physically fit around the screws! Thats no problem, you might say, I will just take out the screws and loop the wires around the hole, then put the screw in again! I thought the same thing, but once you take out the screws, theres no putting them back in again. There are metal plates in which the screws must be driven, but they are held in BY THE SCREWS. Removing the ground/live/neutral screws will render this product unusable, as has done for me. After an hour, I have been unable to attach a SINGLE WIRE and now after trying to be industrious about it, I have negative one USB outlets. 0/10.

Very easy to install. Im not an electrician, just a homeowner. Great value, these outlets are double the price at Lowes & Home Depot.
