Greater than one week[UPDATED] It turned out the my cable was the problem. The charger is functional with proper USB-c cable. [Initial Review] This device is detected as a PD charger by my Samsung Note 8, which is PD compatible. However, it fails to deliver high power. The speed is equivalent to 5w charger. Using the same cable but different brand PD charger, my phone gets full PD speed. The cable and my phone is working fine but not Ugreen charger. Please verify that with my pictures.
