My computer was unable to connect to this drive. I got continual error noises. I used the troubleshooting directions to no avail. There seems to be a lapse in quality of manufacturing. I noticed before I bought it that others had the same complaint, but I didnt believe I would also get a lemon. Sadly, I really needed the hard drive and having it fail put a wrinkle in my life. Im very disappointed.

works fine!! the only downside is if you’re a mac/apple user you’ll most likely have to pay for a software to transfer files from your computer to the hard drive

It works and its small and it has a Tb of space on it. Really all you need to know lol

Got this for an ex who didnt have much space left on his ps4 so we could play a game together. Was worth it at the time and Id definitely buy this product again.

My wife and I needed a good external drive to backup several years worth of Videos and Pictures from an older PC. We ordered the 1TB because it was not much more than the 512GB. Everything transferred to the backup drive with no issues at all, I would recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this to download photos from my phone or laptop but it has been difficult to get my devices to recognize the hard drive so its sitting there unused.
