> 24 hourThis is a nice, compact umbrella. I havent had the opportunity to use it in a high wind situation yet. It opens smoothly and with enthusiasm. As others have said, the fabric seems a little thin. Im not sure what the fabric is, because there is no tag. I used it in a recent rain shower, and it was fine. I do think its overpriced because there are other umbrellas with better features for about 10 bucks less. But if youre looking for a serviceable umbrella, this one will fit the bill.

> 24 hourI ended up giving this to my kiddo after watching them struggle to get into the car without getting soaked, then watching them struggle to close the umbrella from the car and get soaked anyway. I have acquired a few of these umbrellas now and every time I get one, one of my family members asks for it because it is super convenient to use. I am hoping to, one day, keep one for myself. The auto-close feature is what makes this awesome. You do have to fully collapse it to re-engage the auto-open again, but I just push it down on the floorboard and it is done in 2 seconds.

> 24 hourI bought this so I would have a back up umbrella to keep in the car or in my bag and it’s absolutely perfect. It’s tiny and compact, the pushbutton mechanism is forceful, and it’s lightweight. I can’t speak to longevity yet but I am happy with it.

> 24 hourI hate carrying anything, but where I live you need to have an umbrella. It’s a good size but still gives plenty of coverage. It is remarkably strong and durable

> 24 hourThis umbrella is well-made and functions perfectly. Closed up, it measure about 11 inches and is very light-weight. It is portable and can fit in a normal size bag, back-pack or even a larger purse. The springs and the bars are of good quality and the canopy is well secured. The open/shut button functions well and does exactly what is stated in the description. Other thoughts: The wording wind-proof used on an umbrella has always meant to me that the canopy is made out of two separate layers/pieces that lay on top of each other with strategic gaps between them, allowing air to flow out. This is not the case for this umbrella. So be aware. Next is the size! This is a small umbrella a six foot, 190 lbs. person. If you are smaller in stature, this will be perfect for you. Last but not least, compared to other truly wind-proof umbrellas this one is over-priced for my budget.

> 24 hourThis is a very convenient umbrella. It fold up very compactly and pops open instantly. I have a similar umbrella that I purchased several years ago and I really like these push button opening umbrellas. The material is interesting in that it feels thicker than the other one I bought. Its not as elegant feeling but, as long as it holds up, it will work well. At such a compact size, its easy to store and carry with you. The push button is a little stiff but Im sure it will get easier to push as it is used more.

> 24 hourThis is a really sturdy, oversized umbrella. Be careful... it snaps open and shut with verve! Nice to have a travel sized umbrella thats big enough for two people.

> 24 hourGood quality foldable umbrella with a nice auto-close feature. I dont see any obvious wind resistant features like I expected. Its made out of a strong nylon-type material, but I cant see any reason it wouldnt collapse if caught by a strong gust. I was surprised at how well the auto-close works on this umbrella! Push the button to pop it open, and the same button pops it close, and I do mean pop. You still have to push the top back toward the handle to collapse the shaft, and that takes some muscle. Once I close the fabric part using the button, I grasp both ends and push them together. Once you get a feel for it, this brolly is very handy. I like it, but I wouldnt trust it in a windstorm.

> 24 hourIf ever you have used a self-opening/closing travel umbrella, this will be very familiar. One button to open/collapse the canopy, and a very small footprint when closed and collapsed. The frame is lightweight and flexible, but still strong. The “wind proof” part comes from this frame - there are no special wind flaps or the like to otherwise lessen resistance.
