> 3 dayI got this because my other compact umbrella had broken due to flipping in the wind. It would flip around whenever it became even slightly windy, causing the poles to snap. This one, however, does not do that. The vent in the top allows for air to flow through without causing the umbrella to flip around. That also means that even in windy weather, you can stay dry with a fully functioning umbrella. The fabric seems like it will be tear resistant, though that has not been tested and was not my main concern when purchasing. The design is also cute and is as advertised. The umbrella is compact like my previous one and goes into the case easily, though I dont normally use it. Overall, this is a great umbrella for those looking for one that will not flip in the wind.

Greater than one week“Tumella” Ultra V7 umbrella: This umbrella is well made, light weight, sturdy construction, the material repels water very well. Thankfully, haven’t had a chance to test this umbrella in high winds. The automatic opening and closing are smooth, easy to open and close. It opens completely with a single push of the handle button and collapses very quickly with another push of the same handle button. Spring on release is very powerful, so when pressing the release button to open, be sure to point away from other people, is advisable.

> 3 dayThis is a very sturdy umbrella. I have had many umbrellas turn upside down on my in the past since I live in a windy area. This one seems much sturdier than others I have used. The mechanism has a button on the handle to pop it open. It is easy to open and seems secure when open. The outside of the umbrella is solid colored while the inside has a cute pattern. It does take some pressure to close up the umbrella, but I take that as a sign that its very strong. The umbrella has a velcro closure tab and also fits into a little coordinating bag.

> 3 dayThe umbrella seems to be strong and well-built. It is longer than usual folding umbrellas but it is also VERY heavy. Much more than I would expect based on the item description online. It is stronger than a usual folding umbrella but much heavier. It folds back with an auto button which is nice, still you have to pull it more by hands to fold to the felded position completely.

> 3 dayThis umbrella pretty much delivers in every way you would expect from an umbrella of this size. Keeps you dry in the rain and is compact yet strong. Withstands winds nicely as well. Opens up real quick but also takes a considerable amount of strength to close which is really the only issue I have with this. But all in all, this is a very solid portable umbrella that holds up well.

> 3 dayThis umbrella is a one way automatic meaning that it is push burn open and manual close. The mechanism for this is sturdy and functional. 5e umbrella itself works fine for keeping rain off you. The art is vibrant and pretty. Overall, nothing here to complain about.

14-04-2025Wonderful umbrella. Good size for travel with a wide storage band. Very sturdy and the open/close button works well. Never tried to yank out of my hand in a high wind and rain. Would recommend.

> 3 dayBeautiful umbrella. I got many compliments on it during a strike in a rain storm. What part of windproof the description meant , I wasn’t clear on after my umbrella kept inverting in the wind. I had to grab the edge to keep the umbrella from flipping up and in doing that water kept running down my arm. I still love my umbrella and used in days following for regular rainfall and it was great. No leaks. Opens easily

Greater than one weekEveryone needs a quality umbrella. As I live in South Florida, when it does rain, at times, it really rains! When this happens, I need to be sure that I have an umbrella that will keep me dry, and will not get blown inside out, as a few of my previous umbrellas have done. There seems to be a lot of thought, and technology, put into this Tumella umbrella. To start, naturally, it is waterproof, due to Teflon canopy coating. The frame is advertised as being made of wind tunnel-tested unbreakable fiberglass, allowing greater stability. One button automatically opens and closes it, freeing up one of my hands. It measures 11.5 inches, when folded, 42 inches, when open, and weighs less than a pound. It is, also, advertised as being virtually unbreakable. I dont know about that claim, and hope I never find out that its not true. So far, though I havent been in any very strong winds, the umbrella has worked as advertised. Hopefully, this will continue to be the case. Its very stylish, as well.
