He can be quite rough on things since hes a teenager and so far the sack has stood up to the test on durability. The little buckle thing between the straps offers extra security. I would definitely recommend this to anyone whos looking for a durable little bag.

Greater than one weekThis is a great bag! I used it to carry my stuff during a 15 mile obstacle race. Even though this is not how the bag was intended to be used, it still held up after taking a real beating (mud, barbed wire, being dragged on the ground, getting caught on tree branches, etc.). I could probably get a couple more races out of this bag, or I could use it as a gym bag. Very happy with this purchase.
