Uni 19-State Portable Toll Pass, Blends Into Windshield (Black)

I love my Uni pass. It works in many states. Great all over Florida. Also Great from Florida to Maryland and all over Maryland. Highly recommend.

Very upset when I went to apply the transponder to the e pass website I was informed it was already in use by another acct. but too late to return it and get refund. Vert bad.

Im an existing E-Pass customer, and following all the marketing Id seen, I ordered through Amazon. However when I tried to activate it on the Epass website, I received an error message. Apparently existing customers should not purchase through Amazon. If Id purchased through E-Pass, I would have received it already activated. I had to call customer service and then it took a supervisor to change out my assigned transponder number on my account. Not difficult, just not explained anywhere. Also, I was advised to avoid SunPass roads for the first day. Really? In Orlando? The capital of toll roads where authority switches between the two on some roads?

Very easy to install & set up! Must have if you travel all the time or just on occasion.

This worked great but I bought it last minute and on one leg of my trip it didn’t work. It needs some time to activate and work. That’s on me. But not living in a state that has to deal with tolls I wasn’t well versed on how all this stuff works. So just a heads up. This works from Illinois to Maryland. Just activate things 48 hours before you leave.

Had it for two weeks. Had to delete my old sticker version from my account in Order to activate the new one. Works!

Driving from FL to NY and forgot our unipass!! The toll fees were racking up! Who knew you could buy this on Amazon and yay! Back in business for the ride home. Thanks to the toll worker on the phone who suggested Amazon with free shipping and 2 days, it would have taken weeks from the toll authority and the cost of shipping.

I liked that I was able to get this in black. It looks nicer on my windshield than a white one. It was very easy to set up an account and then install it to my vehicle.

I specifically called to the customer service to make sure everything is working, and then, I went through the cash toll lane to make sure that the unit works as there was a sign that the unit should work in any lane, including the cash lanes. Well, I went through the same bridge 3 more times, nothing happened, i had to pay cash every time since the unit wouldnt register. The second agent kept saying that I just had to go through sun-pass lanes and everything would be fine. What? I would pay a fine for violating the toll since the unit did not work in the cash lane. Than the agent hanged up i guess because the phone just went silent. The third agent suggested to go to orlando, 5 hours away, to check the unit and said shell send me a sticker. Well, i wanted something that I could put in any car, I guess not. Theres no instructions on utube or any viable help. Thank you very much for not saving money but creating hustle and wasting time. Shouldve just bought the sunpass sticker.
