> 3 dayI have 2 Dyson sticks. They work great. My opinion is: you need to change filters often. Don’t was filters & reuse. Throw them away. Micro dust gets through filter into motor, handle, everywhere. Take it outside and blow it out with a compressor. Carefully. Wear a mask & eye protection. I noticed a huge difference in house smell after use. These things pick up stuff that must vscs don’t or can’t. Trouble is: they can’t make a filter to keep that micro dust from getting into everything. Change filters often. Blow it out. If you’re mechanically inclined, take apart handle and blow it out. The smell will go away. But you have to maintain these. If you can’t do it, take to a vacuum shop. You’ll smell the difference. At minimum, buy filters and change them often.

> 3 dayThe Dyson V10 really pulls up a lot of dust and while these filters are very effective, they can get dusty and clog quickly, and they take at least 24 hours to air dry after you wash them. Rather than shut down that long, you can replace your dirty filter with one of these spares and keep using the V10, as long as you have battery power, and clean and dry the dirty filter later. These are an exact replica of the original filter.

> 3 dayFirst of all, I hate my Dyson cordless vac. I am on my second V10, but only because the first one stopped working while under warranty and was replaced by the company. The problem is and was that the machines stop working, make a pulsing noise, and indicate that there is a clog. I have contacted Dyson, watched YouTube videos, and even gone to a vac repairman. When the problem arose with the replacement V10, I searched Amazon for another brand of cordless vac. However, the best reviewed one was still the Dyson. As a last ditch effort to avoid junking my machine, I thought Id try replacing (not just washing) the filter. I could not afford genuine Dyson filters and took a chance on these. Problem solved. The vac, at least for now, is working.

> 3 dayI ordered these filters for my Dyson V10 Animal with skepticism. How could these filters be offered at such a low price compared with Dyson filters ($30 vs. $7)? My doubts turned to relief when I installed one on my machine and found that the suction was virtually the same as with the OEM original. These are so similar to the Dyson brand youd have a difficult time telling them apart. And they function as well as the original filter. I disagree with others who say they are difficult to install -- simply follow the instructions from Dyson by turning slightly and they easily pop into place. Made a believer out of me.

> 3 dayThese work very well once you get them on. Their specs are not identical to the Dyson filter so they are very tight to get on correctly. They do work beautifully once in place.

> 3 dayMy Dyson cordless was giving me fits. The filter seemed to need cleaned more often, I was getting the hose clog error, etc. I cleaned the filter, still nothing. I had intended on using these only when my filter was being cleaned/drying, but I will be using them going forward all the time. The fit was just a tiny bit snug when I put it on, but the vacuum works great now. The improved suction power was so noticeable after changing the filter. Great value and quick shipping!
