I am writing a review because I want to highlight their support team. I originally ordered this screen a few months back and used maybe 10x for work when I dont have my main screens available. One day, I randomly received a color-coded flashing on the screen (RED, GREEN, WHITE, etc.) and then a couple days later the screen never turned on again. After some troubleshooting myself with no luck, I decided to reach out to the support team. Long story short, they had me send them some videos and photos (*if you receive that color pattern I mentioned, your screen went into factory mode -- just hold down the power button, wait, then turn back on). Still no luck. Without hesitation, they sent me a new monitor, expedited shipping I may add. I am BEYOND appreciative of their efficiency, effort, and execution on all of this. The process was so seamless, they were responsive, and for this, I will be recommending this monitor where I can. Thanks, UPPERIZON.

I liked how quickly the monitor arrived and the ease of setting it up. Im using this monitor to help with my work. This monitor is just what I was looking for - perfect size and light for travel! Easy to connect and picture is great. Do keep your laptop plugged into power source while using the monitor or it will kill your battery too fast.

The monitor was a plug and play with my hubby’s laptop. For my laptop, it took the other cords. I had to call the customer service line twice, and the representative helped me problem solve! With this purchase, I am also receiving a FREE accessory! So glad I chose this monitor!

I just started using this monitor, but so far Im very pleased. It is connected to a Windows laptop via USB C, without additional power supply, and the image is great for my purposes: PDF, Excel, email. Im not gaming or anything. But the clarity, brightness and colors seem great. The monitor cover turns into a stand and seems stable enough. I just hope it lasts, but it does come with a 2-year warranty QR code that I scanned, so fingers crossed.

This was great while it lasted but stopped working exactly one year after purchase. Full refund was provided.

This monitor over exceeded my expectations especially for the price. I got this monitor to work from home and as soon as I got it I plugged it into my laptop and was amazed by the size, picture quality and sound. As compared to my Dell laptop, the picture quality is almost the same. My laptop of course is a little more clear but very slight difference I see. Sound I believe is similar as well. Also, love that it comes with three cables for different plug ins and 2 year warranty! Also, great customer service.
