USB 2 speeds, not USB 3.

This hub is for people like me who have a number of different USB devices to connect but a new laptop which comes with only -ONE- USB Type A port. Whether it be any number of USB Type-A flash drives, my mouse, an external webcam or keyboard, my headset adapter, etc., I’ve got more USB devices to plug in than I have ports on my laptop. That is where this hub comes in handy. This is a small, plastic hub with a 6” connector cable on it. The cable connects to a USB Type C (USB-C) port on your computer and has connections for up to 4 Type A devices (All USB 3 or below). The hub has a small blue light to indicate when it is plugged in. From there, it is easy. Plug in your devices and they work. Simply and easy to use! Never got hot or anything and everything worked fine. Summary: This hub works great and its small size and light weight makes it easy to take with me. Nice!

Laptops never seem to have enough USB ports nowadays. This is the answer. I am able to plug all of my accessories in and I can throw it in my bag when I travel.

Worked as expected. Powers an external keyboard as well as an external hard drive.

Im using this hub with my Mac Studio running Ventura and MacBook Pro running Monterey. Plug and play, it does the job when I need to connect flash drives, iLoks, or charge my phone. I appreciate the light indicating that the device is connected. The plastic construction has pros and cons: it makes the hub lightweight and portable, but at the expense of elegance and durability. But its hard to complain at this price point, and the plastic shell shouldnt be a problem if you take care not to bang it around too much.

Im using this on my iMac desktop and it works like a charm.it allows me to connect my external hard drives.

As convenient as USB C is, the transition has not been fully made yet so most of my devices still use the standard USB port. That being said, my computer now only has 2 standard USB ports and the other 2 are USB C, this device lets me add 4 more standard ports at the cost of only 1 USBC port. The addition of the ethernet port is nice too because not all laptops have a ethernet port anymore, I also work in a specialized field and sometimes need to be able to plug in 2 ethernets so the added port is appreciated. As far as I can tell everything works as intended and I dont see a reason why it wont continue to do so for years to come.

I really like this Ethernet port. It improved our connection at home greatly and plus it includes extra usb ports
